Bilateral Agreements

Istanbul 29 Mayıs University supports international student exchange programs and makes bilateral agreements with institutions all over the world. At the present time the university has agreements with the University of Jordan and has an active exchange program in Kazakhstan, in addition to bilateral agreements, as part of the Erasmus+ program, with prestigious universities in Austria, Germany, Italy, Hungary, Lithuania, Macedonia and Slovakia.

International Students

One-fifth of the students of Istanbul 29 Mayıs University are international students. The university, which offers an opportunity of education in a multicultural and international environment, currently has 154 students from 36 different countries including Afghanistan, Indonesia, Congo, Sudan, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Erasmus Exchange Program

As part of the Erasmus+ program, Istanbul 29 Mayıs University sends and accepts students from EU, non-EU, and EU candidate countries as well as European Economic Area Countries for up to 12 months.
