Istanbul 29 Mayıs University Turkish Education Application and Research Center (29 Mayıs TÜRÖMER), aims to be use modern technologies and become the leading institution in Turkey in teaching Turkish as a foreign language thanks to creating and applying new teaching techniques for teaching Turkish as a foreign language.
Aiming to develop language learning and teaching methods and techniques in teaching Turkish as a foreign language, 29 Mayıs TÜRÖMER provides a modern and constantly renewing learning environment for student candidates who want to study language at home and abroad.
TÜRÖMER offers different Turkish courses: Turkish for General Purposes, which aims to help students master the four basic Turkish language skills (reading, writing, speaking, listening), Turkish for Specific purposes, which is prepared according to the needs of the individual or the company, Speed Reading, which aims to help students gain the ability to read quickly and effectively, and Elocution Certificate Program, which aims to improve the public speech skills.
In addition, we have special Turkish programs for groups for the development and application of Turkish in the summer months to support Turkology departments or special / general purpose language teaching programs within the universities abroad.
