In line with its objectives, Turkish Religious Foundation (TDV), which was established on March 13, 1975, has carried out important activities and projects that will contribute to the development of Türkiye in the field of education and science.
As of 2020-2021 academic year, Turkish Religious Foundation (TDV), which has carried out important activities and projects that will contribute to the development of our country in the field of education and science, provided scholarships to thousands of students in secondary and higher education (undergraduate and graduate) stages, offered dormitories to our youth, and extended education and training support to friendly communities, especially Central Asia, Caucasus and the Balkans. The Foundation has also started Encyclopedia of Islamic Religious Foundation of Türkiye (DİA) studies in 1983 and has put Islamic Research Center (İSAM) into operation in 1988.
The Foundation has finally moved its services to an important stage with Istanbul 29 Mayıs University which was founded in 2010 as a result of many years of experience and efforts.
