Lect. Dr. Aly Ragab Aly Taha, born in Egypt in 1990, memorized the entire Qur’an and was granted an ijāzah in the recitation of ʿĀṣim (Ḥafṣ narration) through the Shāṭibiyyah ṭarīqah.
He completed his undergraduate studies in Arabic Language and Literature and Islamic Studies at the Faculty of Dār al-ʿUlūm, Cairo University, in 2011. He further advanced his academic career by obtaining a Master’s degree in Arabic Language and Literature (Grammar and Morphology) from the Faculty of Arts at Ain Shams University in 2020. In 2024, he was awarded his PhD in Arabic Language and Literature, with a specialization in Grammar and Morphology, from the Faculty of Arts at Mansoura University.
In pursuit of academic and pedagogical excellence, he has participated in numerous professional training programs in both Egypt and Türkiye, focusing on the teaching of Arabic to non-native speakers, and has obtained several teaching certifications from various academic institutions in Egypt.
Throughout his career, he has taught Arabic language, Qur’anic studies, and Islamic sciences to non-native speakers at a number of educational centers in Egypt.
He is currently serving as a Lecturer in the Arabic Preparatory Program within the School of Foreign Languages at Istanbul 29 Mayıs University, where he continues his academic and instructional activities.
