Lect. Belal Soliman was born in Egypt in 1975. He obtained his undergraduate degree in Arabic Language and Literature from Al-Azhar University in 2000. Specializing in Teaching Arabic as a Foreign Language (TAFL), he has participated in extensive professional development programs and specialized training courses within this field.

Following his early professional career in various educational institutions in Egypt, he currently serves as a Lecturer within the Arabic Preparatory Program at Istanbul 29 Mayıs University, School of Foreign Languages.

Soliman’s academic contributions include the development of instructional materials tailored for non-native speakers. He is the author of “Al-ʿArabiyyah bi’l-Anāshīd” (Arabic through Songs), a pedagogical work designed for language learners. Furthermore, he has designed several educational games in both Arabic and Turkish to support the linguistic acquisition process.

In addition to his teaching and material development, he developed the MISK mobile application, a digital tool designed for Arabic language education, and has coordinated various educational theater projects in the field.
