Yavuz Emre KAYACAN received their B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from Kocaeli University, their M.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from Istanbul Technical University, and their Ph.D. degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Istanbul Technical University. They are currently affiliated with the Department of Artificial Intelligence Engineering at Istanbul 29 Mayis University as an Assistant Professor. Their research interests include deep learning, signal processing, and ground-penetrating radar (GPR) systems. They are actively engaged in undergraduate/graduate teaching, academic research, and R&D project-based activities.
